Quando si Incappa in questo errore:
0x8000cccdc ID utente non conforme agli standard IMAP
UID that does not comply with the IMAP standard
è un pò un casino. Sembra essere un problema di outlook 2007, 2003 ma la soluzione da Microsoft non viene data. Il problema sembra essere lato server in quanto ci sono dei messaggi corrotti e/o che non rispettano l'id del client.
La procedura per risolvere il problema è un pò complicata. Bisogna fare tutto il lavoro SUL SERVER.
Andate nella cartella della posta (latoserver) e cercate se c'è un file che si chiama imapindex.dat.
In questo file c'è l'associazione ID > MESSAGGIO.
Questo file imapindex.dat è poi presente in ogni cartella e sottocartella.
Io ho fatto così:
ho usato AGENT RANSACK per fare un trova approfonfito nei file. Outlook genera un codice ID quando da l'errore, esempio:
MsgSeqNum:792, newId:1715; prevUID:1114, NextUID...
cercare l'ID (il previID o il newID( nel file imapindex.dat, quindi con AGENT RANSACK fare un trova dell'ID nel file. A quel punto si avrà la correlazione tra l'ID e il messaggio non conforme. Rimuovere il messaggio non conforme dalla casella IMAP.
Il problema si risolve così
